Description	Address: Logan & Lampton St., Louisville, KY. The partially visible advertising is painted on the back/east side of this 13-story building. Built on the site of the Schaefer-Meyer Brewing Company, the plant became Frank Fehr Brewing Co. Plant #2 in 1911. By 1920, the 13-story construction was completed, converting the brewery to cold storage. It later became Merchants Ice and Cold Storage Co.

Located on the original site of the Schaefer-Meyer Brewing Company, the Frank Ferhr Brewing Co. Plant #2 began a conversion to cold storage in 1919 with the construction of this building (completed in 1920). It later became the Merchants Ice and Cold Storage Co., which the words of this ghost sign appear to spell out.
