| Description | ISSAQUENA, a stern-wheel towboat with steel hull (145.5 ft. x 30 ft. x 6 ft.), was built at Howard in 1912. Owned by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Vicksburg District, ISSAQUENA operated on the lower Mississippi River. ISSAQUENA was renamed TOLLINGER in 1927 and dismantled in February, 1952. |
