| Description | LA BELLE, a stern-wheel towboat with steel hull (148.5 ft. x 28.4 ft. x 5.6 ft.), was built at Howard in 1921. Owned by Wheeling Steel Corporation, LA BELLE operated on the Ohio River between Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Steubenville, Ohio. She was dismantled June 1951. |
