GOVERNOR HEARS DR. BOND AND COMMITTEE The following committee was appointed at a meeting of the Negro Principals' and Supervisors' Association, December 14-15, at Frankfort, in interview with Gov. Fields in behalf of the proposed $75,000 bond issue: Prof. J. L. Bean, Versailles; Prof. J. W. Bell, Frankfort; Prof. W. S. Blanton, Frankfort; Dr. James Bond, Louisville; Prof. W. J. Callery, Little Rock, Bourbon County Training School; Bishop George C. Clement, Louisville; Prof. W. H. Fouse, Lexington; Prof. G. T. Halliburton, Hickman; Prof. W. E. Newsome, Cynthiana; Dean Kirke Smith, Lincoln Ridge; Mrs. L. B. Snead, Louisville; Rev. W. H. Steward, Louisville; Prof. E. S. Taylor, Winchester; Miss N. H. Ward, Newport; Pres. F. M. Wood, Frankfort. This committee was cordially received by the Governor on December 19. The following resolutions were presented by the Chairman, Dr. Jas.
