| Description | Two sets of before-and-after views of the Progressive Building and Loan building at 5th Street and Jefferson. In the before, the building is white brick with painted advertisements on the side wall. The sidewalk is blocked off with barriers and workers. In the after, the building has new signs and two patterns of Perma Stone facade installed. |
