Description
Trucks and horse-and-carriage rigs are parked at Floyd and Jefferson Streets for the outdoor farmer's market known as the Haymarket in downtown Louisville , Kentucky . Shoppers browse the market where produce and meats were sold . Buildings line the left side of the market and feature signs advertising produce and feed . A Western Union Telegraph station is also to the left . In the distance beyond the market are other buildings , one features a painted sign that reads "St . Matthews Produce Exchange. "
