A boarding home in the town square at Manchester owned by Robert G. Potter and Nancy Catherine "Kate" Gilbert Potter. Robert Potter died in 1896. Visitors to Oneida Baptist Institute passed through Manchester on their way from the London train station in Laurel County. |
