Description	People stand by railroad tracks and survey the flooding of the Ohio River, likely in Louisville, Kentucky. Two sets of railroad tracks are shown on parallel hills. Between the tracks and beyond the second set of tracks is water. Houses, trees and utility poles are partially submerged with water coming up as far as the windows of some homes.
