Title	Children at the new accounts desk at a bank, 1928.

Description	A row of children are lined up at the new accounts counter of a bank. A little girl in a hat and coat holds a passbook and a bell in her hands while she smiles at the camera. A gentleman in a suit hands the next child in line a bell. A discrete sign on the counter reads, "New Accounts Opened Here." A group of men are gathered in the background watching the children and smiling. In the background there is another sign for the Trust Department.
