Title	U.S. Coast Guard station, Louisville, Kentucky, 1929.

Description	Address: River Road and Fourth Street, Louisville, Kentucky. A boat comes out of the covered shelter of the U.S. Coast Guard station. A man in a white cap is seated at the front of the boat and two men in dark uniforms are standing at the rear of the boat. The outline of a fourth man can be seen in the doorway of the station. A flag of the United States flies at one end of the station near a ramp. A lookout tower is on top of the station and has lifesaving flotation devices attached to a wall by the entry door. Utility lines tether the station to land as do support beams and lengths of chain.
