indicates
, "
View
looking
west
after
the
Tornado
of
June
2d
1875.
" The
Masonic
Home
for
Widows
&
Orphans
,
located
on
2nd
Street
south
of
Bloom
in
Louisville
,
Kentucky
, was
incorporated
on
January
15
,
1867
. In
1927
, the
home
was
relocated
to a
176-acre
farm
on
Frankfort
Avenue
. A
wood
fence
is
propped
up
and
falling
down
in
sections
near
a
building
that has
significant
damage
: the
entire
center
section
has been
obliterated
,
leaving
only
a
broken
brick
or
stone
wall
and
piles
of
broken
lumber
. On
either
side
of the
damage
are
two
towers
with
mansard
roofs
.
Two
people
stand
by a
chimney
on the
roof
of the
right
section
. On the
left
section
there
is
something
hanging
off
the
building
. A
couple
of
small
outbuildings
seem
to be
undamaged
.
