Description	A booth at the Kentucky State Fair displays information about the Department of Labor. A table and three chairs sit in front of the display. From the display, "Dept. of Labor, Edward F. Seiller. Chief. Bureau of Agriculture, Labor and Statistics. Hon. Eugene Flowers. Commissioner. Louisville Safety Council, F.W. Rodenheber, Cooperating Manager. / For their sake be careful. Safety pays [with a picture of children]. / That weak link in a chain of events is a careless act. / The time to realize this is before an accident happens. Safety Pays. / We remind you again that accidents are worse than war. 100,000 killed by accidents every 12 months, 52,000 Americans killed or died of wounds during 18 months of the world war. / A second saved - at the cost of an accident - is no gain.... Safety Pays. / And that is why we must always be careful. [with picture of little girl on man's knee] / Keep guards in place. Wear safe clothes. Safety Pays. [with image of man working with machinery] / Be careful of eyes, hands and feet. What could you do without them? Safety pays. / Big infections come from small infections.
