Title	Kentucky Theater exterior, Louisville, Kentucky, 1934.

Description	Address: 649 S. Fourth Street, Louisville, Kentucky. An automobile is parked by the sidewalk in front of the Kentucky Theater. Scaffolding holds a sign perpendicular to the building from the roof. It has a lot of little lights and the word Kentucky on it. The front of the building is a patterned brick with arched windows on the second floor. A suspended canopy hangs over the entryway and part of the sidewalk. It has a marquee with a stylized KY in a circle atop it. The marquee reads, "Double Feature Blood Money Havan Widows." The first floor includes a ticket window, tiled entry, and a number of advertisements, including movie posters. One reads, "Where whoopee bankrolls are ruined to the rhythm of the Rhumba! 'Havana Widows' with Joan Blondell, Glenda Farrell, Guy Kibbee, Lyle Talbot." Another sign reads, "Bargain Matinee. 10:30am-6pm. 15. Children always 10." Sharing the Kentucky Theater canopy is a window for the Green Gate, a shop advertising food including: "hot baked ham, vegetable & salad, bread & butter, choice of drinks 25" and "split pea soup 10" and "roast beef, vegetable and salad 25." The meatball lunch with mashed potatoes and slaw cost 25 and chili was 15.
