Description
Exterior of the National Theatre located at 506 West Walnut Street (now Muhammad Ali Boulevard) , Louisville , Ky . The structure includes a rounded marquee accenting the roundness of both the columns and the building itself as it appears on a corner attached to typical square buildings . The marquee advertises "On stage Gov Jimmie Davis with his all star show " and posters underneath the marquee also advertise the show . A large electric "National " vertical sign extends from the building . Cars and pedestrians are crossing through the intersection .
