Title	Housing in Phoenix Hill, Louisville, Kentucky, 1934.

Description	Location: between Jefferson and Chestnut, Jackson and Clay Streets, Louisville, Kentucky. On one corner is what looks like an abandoned lot with a partial fence. On the opposite corner is a home with a broken down fence. The house is a long brick building with four chimneys. The home next to it is of a similar style. Both of them appear to be duplexes, since they each have two front doors. A couple of cars are parked at the curb and one of them has a cart behind it with a basket on it. Utility poles form a line down the street. In the distance is a cistern labeled "Ohio Falls Dye [?] Works."
