An electric transformer near a single story house at an unidentified location , possibly in the Louisville , Kentucky area . The side of the house appears on the right of the image . A sign over the transformer says "NOTICE IF HORN SOUNDS OR RED LIGHT GLOWS PLEASE NOTIFY ELEC MAINTENANCE DEPT LOU GAS & ELEC CO JA 3231 LINE 330. " A note with the description previously says "Finley color photo. "
