,
Missouri
,
fifteen
Tibetan
and
North
Indian
men
stand
in a
row
in
front
of
two
elephants
and an
archway
to a
temple
, with
two
other
men
(one
apparently
Caucasian
and
wearing
a
cap
and
jacket
; the
other
wearing
a
turban
and
collarless
jacket)
tending
to the
elephants
. The
other
men
wear
draped
cloth
attire
.
Many
of the
men
have
large
,
cobweb-shaped
medallions
strapped
to their
shirts
.
Some
wear
crown-like
headgear
and
belts
of
embedded
jewels
or
beads
;
others
wear
turbans
; and
still
others
are
hatless
,
wearing
their
hair
pulled
back
and
parted
in the
middle
.
