Description	Sir Charles L. Ross of Scotland, wearing a hat and winter coat. The photograph has been painted on and cracked around the edges. Article attached to back: Scottish baronet, who is being detained in Washington, D.C. by U.S. Marshalls on a writ to prevent his leaving the capital pending disposition of a maintenance suit instituted by his wife, Lady Patricia Ross; They were married in Louisville, Ky., in 1897; 2/27/31.
