Description |
Launch of a small sternwheel hull into the Ohio River at Howard Shipyard in Port Fulton (now Jeffersonville), Indiana in 1902. According to the photographer's notes, this is the "Little Rock snagboat... (possibly BEAUREGARD)". This is most likely the QUAPAW (Way T2082), which was built at Howard originally under the name BEAUREGARD, but was renamed QUAPAW prior to June 30, 1903. |
