Description
Elizabeth Flatt , seated , in long black dress , plays mountain dulcimer . She is joined by her daughters , standing , in calico attire . Two of the three young women play banjos ; Mae Flatt does not hold an instrument . They pose outside a log cabin , and are said to be performing a Scottish ballad .
