Description
Although Mash Fork is also the name of a place , in this case the mash fork is a large wooden fork leaning against the chimney of a log cabin . It is perhaps used in the process of brewing alcoholic beverages , known as mashing , which involves milling grain , mixing it with water , and heating it .
