Title	Cozy Theatre.

Description	Address: 3105 S. Third Street. This ornamented building served as a Masonic Lodge (# 740, Free and Accepted Masons), motion picture theater, and a coffee shop. From 1917-1937, City Directories list both Cozy Theater and Suburban Hall as either "SE corner" (Third and Central) or 3101 S. Third. 1938 Directory lists Suburban Hall as 3101 S. 3rd and Cozy Theater as 3105. Neither appears in 1916. When the building was torn down in 1998 to make way for the widening of Central Avenue, Joseph & Joseph was the firm chosen to design the Lodge's new building nearby. This brick building has some interesting accents including a masonic crest at the top of the building, terra cotta roof tiles, and the words "Suburban Hall" carved into the building. The photograph also shows billboards of upcoming shows and lettering on the ticket window reading, "Admission 10¢ / Children 5¢." Handwritten on front: Photo by Caufield and Shook.
