Born Helen Louise Leonard in Clinton , Iowa ca. 1861 , she took the stage name Lillian Russell , and starred in eight productions at Macauley's Theatre between February 1895 and October 1910 . She died June 6 , 1922 in Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania . Inscription on print , right center : Truly yours , Lillian Russell . Location of photo studio : New York (N.Y.) . Title supplied by cataloger .
