Born March 27 , 1867 , in New York City , Coyne performed at Macauley's Theatre in "A Stranger in New York " in January 1898 . He died February 17 , 1941 . Inscription on print , lower center : "To Bill and Bert , from the lid to the skates . Yours , Jos ' Coyne. " Title supplied by cataloger .
