Title	Pewee Valley women, circa 1905.
Creator	Matthews, Kate, 1870-1956 (photographer)
Description	A group of women and girls pose for a group picture on the grounds at Clovercroft. Most are wearing dark skirts and blouses, although a few appear to be wearing dresses. All are wearing hats and one woman is holding a tennis racket. The photographer's mother, Charlotta A. Matthews, is sitting in the back on the right and the photographer's sister, Florence Matthews, is sitting in the center back wearing a solid-colored blouse. This may be the King's Daughters Society from Pewee Valley Presbyterian Church. Photographer Kate Matthews' signature is on the lower right corner of mount. Title supplied by cataloger.
