Description	A woman in a plaid skirt and velvet jacket is entering the door of a frame cabin or house. Ivy covers the steps and walkway and Wisteria blooms over the door. Kate Matthews wrote "Sallie, 1860" on an album page with another print of this image. She frequently persuaded relatives and neighbors to pose in tableaux vivants, or living pictures, based on fairy tales, novels, or poems. This appears to be one of several tableaux that refer to "1860."
