Description
Among 1300 cooperative dairies in Denmark , Mano's is one of the smallest . Nevertheless , it is the island's main business undertaking and proceeds from the 44,100 pounds of butter produced yearly represent about one third of Mano's total income . Mano's dairy treats the milk production of 26 farms . Every morning starting at 8 am a horse drawn wagon makes three rounds of the farms picking up milk . A dairy farmer milking .
