landscape

number
of
elements
referring
to
time
-
watches
,
eggs
, a
dead
fish
, a
dead
tree
-
are
juxtaposed
with a
single
living
fly
and
swarming
ants
.
Displaced
from an
unidentified
location
onto the
eerie
landscape
are
two
rectangular
platforms
at the
left
. The
one
in the
foreground
impossibly
supports
a
tree
,
just
as an
impossible
system
of
lighting
produces
strange
color
combinations.
