Description	"The face is Late Classical in type, as is the anatomy. Though the proportions are changed and she is higher-waisted than the Aphrodite of Knidos, the similarity is nonetheless there. The new proportions, the twisting spiral of the figure between feet and hips, and the precarious drapery introduce new and distinctly Hellenistic notes, but the influence of the Classical is clear."
