And what is it? A three-or four-day ski holiday at Canaan Valley , West Virginia. This trip is the first trip for the new year to be sponsored by the Union for Student Activities. For this trip USA has acquired three cabins in Canaan Valley. Eight to J 2 people can be situated in each cabin comfortably. The cabins have four bedrooms. a kitchen , and a living room complete with fireplace. Not far from the cabins are ski slopes where one can enjoy the 'fun runs,' or, if one happens to be an expert, the stt!ep 'fast' trails. For those who are beginners, ski lessons will be held daily. Open for Business photograph by Paul Reichelt See ya'later, Slater- Frisch's is open. There are two modern base lodge: thJt contuin a restaurant sn<Jtck bar, and a lounge room. All who are interested in going on the trip must have the money in no later than Dec. 15 to L'ithcr Cathy Dockter or George lfowc in the Dean of Students office. For USA's first trip of '73 student reaction has been favorable. Most students arc happy to se,e a trip within their price range, but as one student puts it,"the price is good, but II need that $67 right now." Fortunately for those who can not go , USA has more trips planned for the spring, just for you! .- -
