Description
A white man wearing a work apron crouches behind the frame of a bench that he is assembling . A wrench with nuts and bolts is on the ground near him. He is outside and behind him is a brick wall . The bench seat if propped against the wall . The invoice indicates that this bench was produced by the Logan Company . The company was founded in 1876 and was originally known as Dow's Wire Works Co . until it changed to Logan Co . in 1925 . They produced ornamental iron , fences , bedding , furniture , and fire equipment . The company ceased business in 1994 .
