Description
The clubhouse of the Louisville Country Club , in this approach from River Road , sits atop a landscape of rolling hills with manicured grass and trees . A flagless flagpole stands to the right of the three-story building . The first floor windows are arched and appear to have striped canvas canopies that can be unfurled to provide shade . The second-story windows are square and the third-story windows repeat the arch theme of the first floor , but at a much smaller scale . The third floor windows are also set into the roof which appears to be terra cotta .
