Strings of light hang over a crowd of people at the 1921 street fair in the Portland neighborhood . Musicians stand with their instruments on a bandstand and signs advertising a "Falls City Guessing Contest " and "Boxing " are visible . Several cars are parked along the curb of the cobblestone street . A note on the invoice says "del . to Mr . Klingman at Gray-Von Allmen. "
