This view faces north from 14th Steet and Breckinridge Street . An Illinois Central train is shown coming out of the Oak Street Yard . The train comprises a number of car types including gondola cars , hopper cars , tank cars and box cars . Smoke rises in the distance and pieces of industrial pipe are stacked along the side of the tracks .
