Furniture includes a double bed with a bedspread and turned posts on the footboard , a dressing table with attached mirror , an upholstered lounge chair with throw pillows , and two wooden chairs . A brick fireplace has a fire screen and andirons . There is a wicker basket of firewood next to the hearth . A clock , two candlesticks , and two potted plants sit on the mantel . Three windows have pulled back sheer curtains . A large rug covers much of the wooden floor .
