Description
The Church of the Advent (Episcopal) and parish house located at 901 Baxter Ave . in Louisville , Ky . Taken from across the street , the church is partially obscured by trees . The building is made of stone and features an arched double doorway and stained glass windows on its front . A steeple with bell tower is located towards the back of the church . The church began construction in 1887 and continuous additions took place until 1924 , when the ambulatory and new front were added .
