Description
A copy photograph of an exterior view of the City Hall building located at 600 East Trade St . in Charlotte , North Carolina . Completed in October of 1925 , the Classical Revival style building was designed by architect Charles Christian Hook (1870-1938) . It features three stories , with curved archways along the first floor , and columns along the top two floors with balusters surrounding the roof . Steps lead up to multiple entrances that have iron railings on the doors . The copy was requested by the Logan Company of Louisville , Ky . The company was founded in 1876 and was originally known as Dow's Wire Works Co . until it changed to Logan Co . in 1925 . They produced ornamental iron , bedding , furniture , and fire equipment . The company ceased business in 1994 .
