GEN. O.M. POE, with paddlewheel missing, and other boats at the bank of the icy Ohio River at Howard Shipyard in Port Fulton (now Jeffersonville), Indiana. Louisville Water Company's pumping station can be seen across the river. According to the photographer's notes, this picture was taken on January 10, 1910 from the Lee Line wharfboat. |
