Front exterior of the "Little " Irwin House . The "Little " Irwin House at 77 East Utica Street in Oswego , New York was built by Theodore Irwin Sr . around 1886 as a wedding gift for his son Theodore Irwin Jr . and his wife Molly Craig Hobbs Irwin . Theo Jr. , Molly , and their two daughters lived in the large Victorian home until the death of Theodore Sr . in 1902 . The house is now a historic landmark known for its Queen Anne architectural style .
