Description
Balkan man , wearing a fez , pulls a large striped cloth over baskets on the back of a donkey , or mule , stopped at the side of a dirt road in a Balkan village , or military camp , during World War I . A young boy is at his side , and soldiers can be seen on the right of the road . Four children and other structures are across a small ditch .
