Hills , trees , and snow are visible in the background . Dr . and Grandma Rice are probably Dr . N.T . Rice (d . 1932) and Cynthia A. Holbrook Rice (d . 1932) , whose tombstones were also photographed by Jean Thomas . Title supplied by cataloger .
