Day , 1860-1942) , holding two bags and a basket with his drinking gourd , stand on the deck of a ship bound for England . Jean Thomas selected Setters to represent the minstrel tradition in America at the Festival of the English Folk Song and Dance Society held in Royal Albert Hall in London , England . Title supplied by cataloger .
