Description	Clarence Dallam was born in Henderson, Kentucky, in 1863. He attended Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Va., from 1881 to 1884, before entering the University of Virginia. After graduation, he was admitted to the University of Virginia law department, graduating in 1886. He was then licensed to practice in Kentucky and opened a law office in Paducah, associating with Henry Burnett. In 1897, Dallam moved his practice to Louisville. He died in the city in 1921 and was buried in Cave Hill Cemetery.
