Description |
Board being dressed by hand on McMurray's place in the flats near Oneida. One man is working while two boys watch and another man sits against the wall at the right. The boy in the front is Neil McMurray; the taller boy might be Glen McMurray.The land being timbered, called Flat Woods, was located between Bullskin and Red Bird Creeks. It belonged to H. L. McMurray, co-founder of Mamre Baptist College, which became the Oneida Institute. |
