Description
Ras Tanura , Saudi Arabia . The Ras Tanura marine terminal is situated on a strip of sand that extends far into the Persian Gulf . The pier is located far enough off shore to allow the largest oil tankers to dock here. From this pier all of the oil presently exported from Arabia , except that pipe to Bahrein , is loaded into ships .
