Description
Weekend parking in bicycle lot near gate of the Baton Rouge refinery . The refinery has almost 800 bicycles assigned to shift foreman , department foreman , parcel carriers , Gaugers , inspectors , and various other maintenance men . Added to this there are about 800 more bicycles owned and used by other workmen in the refinery .
